摘要
受全球气候变暖的影响,极端水文事件发生频率和强度呈增加的趋势,对我国水安全保障构成严重威胁。文章对极端水文事件的定义及主要特点进行了梳理,分析了极端水文事件对水安全保障的影响,在此基础上提出相应的应对措施,为水旱灾害防御、社会经济高质量发展提供保障和支撑。
Due to global warming,the frequency and intensity of extreme hydrological events have seen obvious increase,posing a serious threat to China s water security.This paper summarizes the definition and main characteristics of extreme hydrological events,analyzes the impact of extreme hydrological events on water security,and puts forward countermeasures,with the aim of providing guarantee and support for flood and drought disaster prevention and high-quality social and economic development.
