摘要 针对灌区尺度推广水稻控制灌溉技术过程中存在的失时灌溉、无序灌溉、深水灌溉、重复灌溉、搭车灌溉、遗漏灌溉、滞后灌溉等问题,分析总结了黑龙江省兰西县长岗灌区探索的水稻控制灌溉精准管理模式在解决这些问题时的成功经验。该模式可以实现田间尺度的水稻控制灌溉试验研究成果与灌区尺度的水稻控制灌溉技术推广的有效衔接,能够充分发挥灌区工程节水、技术节水和管理节水的综合优势,在保证水稻适时适量灌溉的同时,提高灌区灌溉水利用效率,达到灌区节水效益最大化。 This paper summarizes the successful experience of precision management mode of controlled rice irrigation of Changgang Irrigation District of Lanxi County,Heilongjiang Province,in solving such problems as timeless irrigation,disorderly irrigation,deep-water irrigation,repetitive irrigation,hitchhiking irrigation,missing irrigation,lagging irrigation,etc in the process of promoting controlled rice irrigation techniques.This model can effectively integrate the experimental research results of controlled rice irrigation at the field scale with the promotion of controlled rice irrigation technology at the irrigation area scale.It can give full play to the comprehensive advantages of project-based water saving,technology-driven water saving and water saving management in irrigation areas,and improve the efficiency of irrigation water utilization in irrigation areas while ensuring timely and appropriate irrigation of rice,so as to maximize the water-saving benefits of irrigation areas.
