摘要
文章结合非常规水资源的内涵,对深圳市非常规水资源利用现状和存在的问题进行分析,提出了推进工程建设、运行管理、体制机制建设等一系列方法和对策,可为下一步非常规水资源实际开发利用工程的建设提供参考和技术支持,对于深圳节水典范城市建设和高质量发展具有重要意义。
This paper elaborates on the definition of unconventional water sources,and analyzes the current situation and existing problems of unconventional water sources utilization in Shenzhen City.Then it proposes countermeasures including project construction,operation management,and institutional mechanism building.By doing so,it can provide reference and technical support for project construction for the development and utilization of unconventional water sources in the future,which is of great significance for building Shenzhen into a water-saving model city and for its high-quality development.
