Thoughts on polder area project management in the demonstration zone of integrated ecological and green development in Yangtze River Delta in Wujiang District

江苏省苏州市吴江区是长三角生态绿色一体化发展示范区的主要组成部分。文章围绕水工程、水环境方面存在的问题,总结了吴江区在圩区工程运行、日常管理、巡查监督、创新工作等方面开展的有关探索,提出了下一步工作的有关建议:圩区工程管理应以幸福河湖建设为总指引,采取建设统筹化、队伍专业化、管理精细化、运行智慧化的工作方案,提升管理成效。

Wujiang District of Suzhou City in Jiangsu Province is an important component of the Yangtze River Delta Integrated Ecological and Green Development Demonstration Zone.This paper focuses on the problems in water projects and water environment,and summarizes relevant explorations carried out by Wujiang District in the operation,daily management,inspection and supervision,and innovative work of the polder areas.Then this paper proposes suggestions for the future work.The project management in the polder areas should be guided by the building of the Happy Rivers and Lakes.Future work should focus on improving management of polder area project,through coordinated construction,fine management and intelligent operation,with the support of professional teams.
