不同类型点阵激光治疗萎缩性痤疮瘢痕的疗效对比研究 被引量:4

摘要 目的:探究不同类型点阵激光治疗萎缩性痤疮瘢痕的疗效。方法:选择2019年1月-2020年12月来笔者医院就诊的萎缩性痤疮瘢痕患者80例,按照随机数表法分成观察组和对照组,各40例。观察组采用1565 nm非剥脱性点阵激光治疗,对照组采用剥脱性点阵CO_(2)2激光(CO_(2)2 AFL)治疗,比较两组患者治疗后的临床疗效,比较两组患者治疗前、后VISIA面部分析情况、生活质量(Acne-QOL),记录不良反应发生情况。结果:治疗后,观察组和对照组的总有效率分别为92.50%、90.00%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组患者的斑点、红色区、纹理、毛孔、紫质评分均低于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),而两组间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组患者的生活质量各评分均高于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),两组间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);每次治疗后,观察组疼痛程度均较对照组轻,红斑持续时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗期间,观察组的不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:CO_(2)2 AFL与1565 nmNFL对萎缩性痤疮瘢痕均具有较好的治疗效果,均能明显改善患者面部皮肤,提高患者生活质量,但1565 nmNFL治疗后不良反应发生较少。 Objective To explore the curative effect of different fractional laser on atrophic acne scars.Methods A total of 80 patients with atrophic acne scars treated in the hospital were enrolled between January 2019 and December 2020.According to random number table method,they were divided into observation group and control group,40 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with 1565 nm non-ablative fractional laser(NFL),while control group was treated with CO_(2) ablative fractional laser(CO_(2) AFL).The clinical curative effect after treatment,VISIA facial analysis and quality of life(Acne-QOL)before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.The occurrence of adverse reactions was recorded.Results After treatment,the difference in total response rate between observation group and control group was not statistically significant(92.50%vs 90.00%,P>0.05).After treatment,scores of spots,red zone,textures,pores and poryphyrins in both groups were all decreased(P<0.05),but the difference between the two groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05).After treatment,quality of life scores in both groups were increased(P<0.05),but the difference between the two groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05).After each treatment,pain in observation group was milder than that in control group,and duration of erythema was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).During treatment,the incidence of adverse reactions in observation group was lower than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The curative effect of both CO_(2) AFL and 1565 nm NFL is good on atrophic acne scars,and both can significantly improve facial skin and quality of life.However,there are fewer adverse reactions after 1565 nm NFL.
