点阵Er:YAG激光联合rh-bFGF治疗面部萎缩性痤疮瘢痕的疗效及安全性分析 被引量:4

Efficacy and Safety Analysis of Fractional Er:YAG Laser Combined with rh-bFGF in the Treatment of Facial Atrophic Acne Scars

摘要 目的:探讨点阵Er:YAG激光联合重组人碱性成纤维细胞生长因子(Recombinant human basic fibro-blast growth factor,rh-bFGF)治疗面部萎缩性痤疮瘢痕的疗效及安全性。方法:选择笔者医院就诊的120例面部萎缩性痤疮瘢痕患者为研究对象,予以随机数字表法分为对照组(点阵Er:YAG激光)60例,观察组(点阵Er:YAG激光联合rh-bFGF)60例。比较两组患者临床疗效,记录两组患者水肿持续时间、红斑持续时间、结痂时间、ECCA权重得分、治疗后皮肤屏障功能及不良反应情况。结果:对照组总有效率(78.33%)低于观察组总有效率(91.67%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后ECCA评分显著低于对照组,观察组治疗后水肿、红斑、结痂时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后观察组油脂及角质层水含量高于对照组,TEWL低于对照组(P<0.05)。对照组不良反应发生率13.33%,观察组不良反应发生率5.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:点阵Er:YAG激光联合rh-bFGF治疗面部萎缩性痤疮瘢痕的效果明显,可获得最短的恢复时间和最小的治疗风险,不良反应低。 Objective To explore the efficacy and safety of fractional Er:YAG laser combined with recombinant human basic fibro-blast growth factor(rh-bFGF)in the treatment of facial atrophic acne scars.Methods The 120 patients with facial atrophic acne scars who were treated in our hospital from January 2018 to January 2021 were selected as the research objects,and they were randomly divided into a control group(Fractionated Er:YAG laser)60 cases and an observation group(Fractionated Er:YAG laser combined with rh-bFGF)60 cases.The clinical effects of the two groups were compared and the duration of edema,erythema,scab,ECCA weight score,skin barrier function and adverse reactions were recorded.Results The total effective rate was 78.33%in the control group and 91.67%in the observation group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the ECCA score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group,and the time of edema,erythema and scab of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the content of oil and cuticle water in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the TEWL was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the control group was 13.33%,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of Er:YAG laser combined with RH bFGF in the treatment of facial atrophic acne scar is obvious,which can obtain the shortest recovery time and the least treatment risk,with low adverse reactions.
