面部损容性皮肤病合并精神疾病的相关研究进展

为归纳各种常见的面部损容性皮肤病与精神疾病的合并情况,本文对面部损容性皮肤病合并精神疾病的相关研究进行了汇总。寻常痤疮、玫瑰痤疮、黄褐斑、斑秃、脂溢性皮炎等面部损容性皮肤病与多种精神疾病存在相关性,其中以焦虑、抑郁最为普遍。皮肤科的临床治疗中,应当对面部损容性皮肤病患者的精神状况予以关注,必要时转诊精神科或心理医学科,使用皮肤病学和精神病学的跨学科方法解决临床问题,满足患者需求。

This article included relevant research on disfiguring facial lesions and their psychiatric comorbidities.Acne vulgaris,rosacea,melasma,alopecia areata,seborrheic dermatitis,and other disfiguring facial lesions are associated with a variety of psychiatric disorders,of which anxiety and depression are the most common.In dermatologic treatment,dermatologists should pay more attention to psychiatric disorders of patients with disfiguring facial lesions.If necessary,patients should be referred to psychiatry or psychological medicine department.Interdisciplinary methods of dermatology and psychiatry should be applied to solve clinical problems and satisfy the demands of dermatologic patients.
