基于转炉倾动模型的自动出钢技术研究与实践 被引量:2

摘要 在炼钢智能化发展的大趋势下,大量生产制造环节从人工操作逐渐走向无人自动化操作,转炉环节也是如此。为了提高转炉出钢的效率,在降低成本的同时提高钢水质量,本文研究了转炉自动出钢中倾倒技术及其实际应用。通过对转炉倾动模型和钢包车运动模型的计算分析,让系统根据模型计算分析结果来自动控制倾倒时间和倾倒角度等参数,以此来减少下渣量,减少出钢环节所需时间,保证钢水出钢过程稳定,提高金属元素收得率。通过对某钢厂150吨和200吨转炉自动出钢中倾倒技术的实际应用,统计分析数据后发现,所研究的自动出钢倾倒技术在应用中有效的提高了钢铁料的收得率,减少了出钢时间,提高了转炉的生产效率,优化了生产成本。 Under the general trend of intelligent development of steelmaking,the mass production and manufacturing links are gradually moving from manual operation to unmanned automatic operation,so is the converter link.In order to improve the efficiency of converter tapping and improve the quality of molten steel while reducing the cost,this paper studies the pouring technology and its practical applica⁃tion in the automatic tapping of the converter.Through the calculation and analysis of the converter tilt⁃ing model and the ladle car motion model,the system can automatically control the parameters such as the dumping time and the dumping angle according to the results of the model calculation and analysis.As a result,the amount of slag and the time required for tapping is reduced,the molten steel tapping process is stable,and the yield of metal elements is improved.By applying the dumping technology to the automatic tapping of a 150 t and a 200 t converter in practice,and analyzing the statistical data,it is found that the automatic tapping dumping technology studied in this paper can effectively improve the recovery rate of steel materials and reduce the tapping time.Hence,the production efficiency of the converter is improved,and the production cost is optimized.
