积极情感在边疆部队官兵心理弹性和心理应激间的中介效应

Mediating effect of positive affection between mental resilience and psychological stress of officers and soldiers in border troops

目的探讨积极情感在边疆部队官兵心理弹性和心理应激间的中介效应。方法采用一般资料调查表、心理弹性量表、积极情感消极情感量表和军人心理应激自评问卷(PSET)对772名新疆军区某部官兵进行调查研究。结果边疆部队官兵心理应激得分为(50.05±19.43)分,27人(3.50%)有明显军事心理应激反应(PSET标准分≥70分);积极情感与心理弹性之间呈显著正相关、与心理应激之间呈显著负相关,心理弹性及其各维度与心理应激呈显著负相关(均P<0.01);积极情感在边疆部队官兵心理弹性与心理应激间起到部分中介作用,其中介效应占总效应的48.62%(P<0.05)。结论心理弹性既可以对心理应激产生直接影响,也可以通过积极情感对心理应激产生间接影响。增强官兵心理弹性和促进积极情感的体验是降低心理应激水平的有效途径,有利于边疆部队官兵心理健康,保障部队战斗力。

Objective To explore the mediating effect of positive affection between mental resilience and psychological stress of officers and soldiers in border troops.Methods A total of 772 officers and soldiers were investigated by general data questionnaire,Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale,Chinese Version of Positive and Negative Affect Schedule and Psychological Stress Self-Evaluation Test(PSET).Results The scores of psychological stress of officers and soldiers in border troops were(50.05±19.43),and 27 officers and soldiers(3.50%)had obvious military psychological stress response(PSET standard score≥70).There was a significant positive correlation between positive affection and mental resilience,a significant negative correlation between positive affection and psychological stress,and a significant negative correlation between mental resilience and its various dimensions and psychological stress(all P<0.01).Positive affection played a partial mediating role in the relationship between mental resilience and psychological stress in border troops,and the mediating effect accounted for 48.62%of the total effect(P<0.05).Conclusion Mental resilience not only has direct influence on psychological stress,but also has indirect influence on psychological stress through positive affection.It is an effective way to reduce the level of psychological stress to enhance mental resilience of officers and soldiers and promote their experience of positive affection,which contributes to their mental health and guarantees their battle effectiveness.
