空军某兵种旅团战救能力培训需求结构分析

Analysis on the training requirement structure of combat rescue capabilities in a brigade of Air Force

目的研究空军某兵种旅团卫生机构战救能力培训需求情况。方法收集空军某兵种11个旅团级卫生机构的战救能力培训需求调查问卷,分析作战各阶段不同旅团单位战救单项能力、综合能力及特殊能力的结构特征。结果第一阶段,11个旅团单位战救能力培训需求分别为单项能力75.9%、综合能力77.8%、特殊能力84.2%,战斗旅培训需求(85.0%)高于兵种旅(65.2%);第二阶段,各单位战救能力培训需求分别为单项能力76.2%、综合能力73.6%、特殊能力75.0%,战斗旅培训需求(81.5%)仍高于兵种旅(73.3%)。结论空军某兵种11个旅团级卫生机构的战救能力培训需求,呈现总体需求较高、个别差异的分布结构。在作战各阶段中,战斗旅培训需求均高于兵种旅。

Objective To study the training requirements of combat rescue capabilities of the health institutions in a brigade of Air Force.Methods Questionnaires on the training requirements of combat rescue capabilities were collected from 11 brigade-level health institutions of Air Force to analyze the structural characteristics of individual,comprehensive and special combat rescue capabilities of different brigade units in each stage of combat.Results In the first stage,the training requirements of combat rescue capabilities of 11 brigades were 75.9%for individual capability,77.8%for comprehensive capability and 84.2%for special capability,respectively.The training requirement of combat brigades(85.0%)was higher than that of service brigades(65.2%).In the second stage,the training requirements for combat rescue capabilities of each unit were 76.2%for individual capability,73.6%for comprehensive capability and 75.0%for special capability,respectively.The training requirement of combat brigades(81.5%)was still higher than that of service brigades(73.3%).Conclusion The requirements of combat rescue capabilities of 11 brigade-level health institutions of Air Force show a distribution structure with high overall needs and individual differences.At different stages of operations,the training requirements of combat brigades are higher than those of service brigades.
