温阳益气活血汤治疗慢性左室射血分数正常的心力衰竭患者的临床效果

Clinical effect of Wenyang Yiqi Huoxue Decoction in the treatment of patients with chronic heart failure with normal ejection fraction

目的探讨温阳益气活血汤治疗慢性左室射血分数正常的心力衰竭(HFNEF)患者的临床效果。方法将62例慢性HFNEF患者随机分为中药组与常规组,各31例。两组患者均接受常规基础疾病治疗和抗心力衰竭治疗,同时中药组接受温阳益气活血汤治疗。治疗前和治疗2个月后,检测并比较两组患者的心功能指标及血清N末端B型利钠肽前体(NT-proBNP)、β-内啡肽、白细胞介素6(IL-6)水平,以及治疗2个月后的中医疗效。结果治疗后,两组患者的左室收缩末期内径、左室舒张末期内径及血清NT-proBNP、β-内啡肽、IL-6水平均低于治疗前,左室射血分数高于治疗前,且中药组上述指标均优于常规组(均P<0.05)。治疗2个月后,中药组总有效率高于常规组(P<0.05)。结论在常规西医治疗上应用温阳益气活血汤治疗慢性HFNEF患者,效果显著,能更好地改善患者的心功能,减轻机体炎症反应,从而缓解患者的临床症状。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Wenyang Yiqi Huoxue Decoction in the treatment of patients with chronic heart failure with normal ejection fraction(HFNEF).Methods A total of 62 patients with chronic HFNEF were randomly divided into Traditional Chinese Medicine group or routine group,with 31 cases in each group.Both group received routine therapy of basic diseases and anti-heart failure therapy;simultaneously,the Traditional Chinese Medicine group received Wenyang Yiqi Huoxue Decoction for treatment.The pre-and 2-month post-treatment cardiac function indices and serum N-terminal pro-B type natriuretic peptide(NT-proBNP),β-endorphin,interleukin 6(IL-6)levels,and 2-month post-treatment efficacy of Traditional Chinese Medicine were detected and compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the left ventricular end-systolic diameter,left ventricular end-diastolic diameter,and serum levels of NT-proBNP,β-endorphin and IL-6 of the two groups were lower than those before treatment,the left ventricular ejection fraction of the two groups was higher than that before treatment,and the Traditional Chinese Medicine group exhibited superior aforesaid indices to compared with the routine group(all P<0.05).After 2 months of treatment,the total effective rate of the Traditional Chinese Medicine group was superior to that of the routine group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of Wenyang Yiqi Huoxue Decoction to patients with chronic HFNEF based on the routine Western Medicine therapy exerts a significant effect,which can ameliorate cardiac function of the patients,and relieve inflammatory response of the body,so as to alleviate clinical symptoms of the patients.
