摘要
从现代学徒制与学分银行制度的融合分析入手,制订专本融通现代学徒制人才培养方案,以课程为基本单位构建学习成果与学分转换方案。以专本融通机制为保障,1+X证书制度、海量在线课程资源、校企共建工作室为着力点,在人才培养中践行转换方案。实践表明,在以计算网络技术专业为核心的高水平专业群建设中,方案有助于提升办学质量、打通专本融通立交桥、构建终身教育体系。
The paper explores the transformation scheme of learning outcome and credit.It firstly analyzes modern apprenticeship system and credit system in an attempt to make a new scheme for the 2+2 integration program of degree and non-degree college.The new program is featured with credit transformation of learning outcome with the support of 1+X certification,online resources,and workshop of school-enterprise.It is concluded that the program is beneficial for 2+2 model and a lifelong education system.
