摘要
目的评价分级分层培养教学模式在全科住院医师规范化培训关于临床思维能力提升中的效果。方法收集某全科住培基地2019-2021年度临床思维能力考核成绩,并利用R4.1.2软件进行统计学分析,计量资料以(均数±标准差)表示,P<0.05为差异有统计学意义。结果2018级住院医师的基础理论成绩为(54.3±9.0)分,2019级为(51.2±9.9)分,2020级为(61.2±11.7)分。经GP-S模式培训后,2019年度三年级住院医师的临床思维成绩平均为87.8分,高于二年级的86.0分;2020年度三年级平均为84.2分,高于二年级的81.9分;2021年度三年级平均为85.9分,高于二年级的84.2分。2020年度,住院医师的临床思维成绩在年级间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论GP-S导航递进式分级分层培养模式有助于提升全科住院医师的临床思维能力,但仍需探索多元化的教学模式以更好地提升其临床思维能力。
Objective To evaluate the effect of hierarchical training model in the improvement of clinical thinking ability in the standardized residency training of general practitioners(GPs).Methods Data were collected related to clinical thinking ability assessment results from 2019 to 2021 in the first affiliated hospital,Zhejiang University.R4.1.2 software was used for statistical analysis.The measurement data were expressed as(mean±standard deviation),and P<0.05 was of statistically significant difference.Results The theoretical scores of the GPs were(54.3±9.0)points in 2018,(51.2±9.9)points in 2019,and(61.2±11.7)points in 2020,respectively.After the training with GP-S model,the average clinical thinking scores of GPs at Year 3 was 87.8,84.2 and 85.9 points from 2019 to 2021,higher than the scores of 86.0,81.9 and 84.2 points at Year 2,respectively.In 2020,GPs clinical thinking scores were of significant differences between grades(P<0.05).Conclusion The GP-S model could improve GPs clinical thinking ability during the residency training,it is still necessary to explore diverse teaching models to better improve their clinical thinking ability.
