融合对分课堂的中医妇科学创新教学模式探析

Establishment and Evaluation of Novel Teaching Innovative Teaching Mode Integrating Bisection Classroom in Gynecology in Chinese Medicine

目的中医妇科学是中医药高等院校主干课程与重要桥梁课程之一,对分课堂是基于传统教学课堂与讨论式课堂相结合的新型教学模式。该课题旨在探索、构建中医妇科学创新教学模式。方法基于对分课堂的创新教学理念,结合中医学学科特色与中医妇科学课程特点,该研究将对分课堂教学模式引入中医妇科学教学,并进行教学实践的初步评价。结果对分课堂教学可提高学生的学习主动性和积极性,培养团队沟通合作能力。该教学模式可使学生在自主学习及课堂讨论中潜移默化掌握并强化专业知识,增加理论素养,特别对学生临床思维及应用能力的培养和提升具有良好的效果和潜力。结论融合对分课堂的中医妇科学创新教学模式,可充分整合传统课堂与讨论式课堂优势,有助于提高教育教学质量,值得进一步研究、优化和推广。

Objective Gynecology in Chinese Medicine(GCM)is one of core and bridge courses in high education system of Chinese medicine.Bisection Classroom(BSC)is a novel teaching mode integrating traditional education mode and classroom discussion.This project aims to explore a new teaching mode for the course of GCM through introducing BSC.Methods Teaching practice in this project integrated traditional education mode and BSC in GCM course.The effects of new teaching mode were evaluated by the comparison with traditional teaching mode.Results BSC mode significantly promoted learning initiative and enthusiasm,cultivating team communication and cooperation ability of students.BSC mode exhibited beneficial effects on the learning of professional knowledge in GCM through the autonomous learning and classroom discussion.Especially,BSC mode displayed evident advantages in promoting the clinical thinking and the proactiveness of clinical practice.Conclusion The new teaching mode integrating BSC and traditional teaching mode significantly promoted teaching efficiency in GCM course.Further studies exploring the refinement and application of this new mode in GCM teaching should be warranted in future.
