摘要
目的通过人工智能模块进行宫腔镜学习,评估妇科专科医师培训后技能提升的效果。方法对于学习宫腔镜的专科医师,通过阶梯递进式智能模块化教学(研究组)与普通门诊训练(对照组)进行对比研究,观察两组医师对宫腔镜检查的图片识别的准确度、学习相同时间的诊断符合率及阶段学习曲线。结果与对照组相比,采用智能模块化教学(研究组)的宫腔镜图片识别的准确性提高,学习相同内容的时间周期缩短,学习效率明显高于对照组,两组比较有统计学意义。结论通过智能模块化教学,可以培养专科医师的学习兴趣,缩短学习周期,使学习曲线前移,快速提高他们宫腔镜技术临床诊断水平。
Objective Through the artificial intelligence module for hysteroscopy learning,to evaluate the improvement of gynecological specialists skills after gynecological specialist training.Methods For the specialists who study hysteroscopy,a contrast study was conducted through step-by-step intelligent modular teaching(research group)and general outpatient training(control group).Then we observed two groups accuracy of image recognition of hysteroscopy,the diagnostic coincidence rate when learning for same time and the stage learning curve.Results Compared with the control group,the learners in research group who use intelligent modular teaching have higher accuracy of hysteroscopy image recognition,learn the same content in less time.Their learning efficiency is significantly higher than the control group.The comparison between the two groups is statistically significant.Conclusion I ntelligent modular teaching can cultivate the learning interest of specialists,shorten the learning cycle,move the learning curve forward,and quickly improve the clinical diagnosis level of hysteroscopy.
