摘要 针对目前设计的突发事件预警信息发布系统存在响应时间过长、预警信息准确率较低的问题,设计了基于WebGIS的突发事件预警信息发布系统。系统硬件主要由信息采集模块、存储模块、信息传输模块组成。信息采集模块选用C8051F040芯片,内部设置可编程16位定时器,完成突发事件预警信息的实时采集。存储模块选用C8051芯片,内部自带64 kB存储容量可用于程序存储。信息传输模块选用LXT971A芯片,支持10M或100M基带传输,实现信息传输。系统软件选用WebGIS采集数据,同时设定了数据交换程序、数据整合程序、预警信息发布程序、发布渠道管理程序、监控管理程序、发布效果评估程序、辅助决策程序和综合管理程序,实现突发事件预警信息的发布。实验结果表明,基于WebGIS的突发事件预警信息发布系统能够有效缩短响应时间,提高预警信息的准确率。 Aiming at the problems of long response time and low accuracy of early warning information in the current emergency early warning information release system,an emergency early warning information release system based on WebGIS is designed.The system hardware is mainly composed of an information acquisition module,a storage module,and an information transmission module.The information acquisition module selects C8051F040 chip,and a programmable 16 bit timer is set inside to complete the real⁃time acquisition of emergency warning information.The memory module selects C8051 chip,and the internal 64 kB can be used for program storage.The information transmission module uses LXT971A chip,which supports 10M or 100M baseband transmission to realize information transmission.The system software selects WebGIS to collect data,and sets up data exchange program,data integration program,early warning information release program,release channel management program,monitoring management program,release effect evaluation program,auxiliary decision⁃making program and comprehensive management program to realize the release of emergency early warning information.The experimental results show that the emergency early warning information release system based on WebGIS can effectively shorten the response time and improve the accuracy of early warning information.
