花生壳吸附剂的制备及其对废水中Cr(Ⅵ)的吸附性能研究 被引量:1

摘要 为了提高花生壳对废水中Cr(Ⅵ)的吸附能力,实现农林废弃物资源化利用。用重铬酸钾溶液模拟废水,通过单因素吸附实验,探究了不同改性方法、吸附剂投加量、溶液pH、吸附时间、Cr(Ⅵ)初始浓度、温度对花生壳吸附Cr(Ⅵ)性能的影响。实验表明,采用磷酸/盐酸双组分改性的花生壳对Cr(Ⅵ)的吸附效果最佳。当溶液中Cr(Ⅵ)初始浓度为15 mg/L时,投加改性花生壳0.3 g,调节溶液pH为1.4,在温度为30℃条件下吸附120 min, Cr(Ⅵ)的去除率可达97.75%。 In order to improve the adsorption capacity of peanut shell to Cr(Ⅵ) in wastewater, the recycling of agricultural and forestry waste was realized. Simulating wastewater by potassium dichromate solution, the effects of different modification methods, adsorption agent dose, solution pH, adsorption time, the Cr(Ⅵ) initial concentration and temperature on the adsorption Cr(Ⅵ) properties of peanut shell were explored by univariate adsorption experiments. The experiments showed that the phosphate/hydrochloride two-component modified peanut shell had the best adsorption of Cr(Ⅵ).When the initial concentration of Cr(Ⅵ) in solution was 15 mg/L, added the modified peanut shell of 0.3 g and adjusted solution pH 1.4, adsorbed at 30 ℃ for 120 min, the removal rate of Cr(Ⅵ) was up to 97.75%.
