汽车内饰改性聚丙烯配方组份对VOC的影响研究

Study on Influence of Composition of Automotive Interior Modified Polypropylene on VOC

研究了改性聚丙烯复合材料配方中各组分原料对其VOC性能的影响,以期制得一种适用于汽车内饰零件的低VOC聚丙烯复合材料。结果表明,聚丙烯基体树脂、抗氧剂、耐候剂、颜料等组份对改性聚丙烯复合材料的VOC有重要影响,而弹性体、耐刮剂则影响不大。滑石粉填充剂本身VOC水平低,但不同品质的滑石粉对最终聚丙烯复合材料的VOC却有较大影响。最终聚丙烯复合材料的VOC不是配方各组份VOC的简单叠加,总体上低于各组份VOC之和。

The influence of raw materials in the modified polypropylene composite formula on its VOC performance was studied,in order to prepare a low VOC polypropylene composite suitable for automotive interior parts.The results showed that polypropylene matrix resin,antioxidant,weatherproof agent,pigment and other components had important influence on VOC of modified polypropylene composite,while elastomer and scratch resistant agent had little influence.VOC level of talc filler itself was low,but the different quality of talc had a greater impact on the VOC of the final polypropylene composite.VOC of the final polypropylene composite was not a simple superposition of the VOC of each component of the formula,but was generally lower than the sum of VOC of each component.
