摘要
采用微波消解法与高压罐消解法借助ICP-OES测定ABS材料中的汞含量,两种方法的检出限、精密度、准确度结果显示:微波消解法的检出限为2 mg/kg,相对标准偏差为1.2%,回收率在92%~96%之间;高压罐消解法的检出限为2 mg/kg,相对标准偏差为1.3%,回收率在92%~95%之间。方法比对数据表明:在分析ABS中的汞元素含量时,高压罐消解法与微波消解法的测试相对偏差保持在±2%以内。采用稀王水溶液作为基体溶液配制汞标准工作溶液能获得更好的线性和更长的有效期。
Mercury content in ABS materials was determined by microwave digestion method and high-pressure tank digestion method with ICP-OES.The detection limit,precision and accuracy of the two methods showed that the detection limit of microwave digestion method was 2 mg/kg,the relative standard deviation was 1.2%,and the recovery rate was 92%~96%.The detection limit of high-pressure tank digestion method was 2 mg/kg,the relative standard deviation was 1.3%,and the recovery rate was 92%~95%.The comparison data of methods showed that the relative deviation between high-pressure tank digestion method and microwave digestion method was within±2%when analyzing the mercury content in ABS.Using dilute aqua regia solution as matrix solution to prepare mercury standard solution can obtain better linearity and longer validity period.
