摘要
通过建立联合傅里叶变换红外光谱、气相色谱-质谱、液相色谱-质谱多种技术联合鉴定方法,对实际案件中可疑电子烟油和毛发进行鉴定。GC-MS测得样品主要组分的质谱特征离子m/z分别为131、145、171、185、213、269、301、357,经查阅资料和数据库检索结合质谱分析与标准品比对,判断其含有合成大麻素3,3-二甲基-2-[1-(4戊烯-1-基)-1H-吲唑-3-甲酰氨基]丁酸甲酯。此方法能用于未知样品中MDMB-4en-PINACA的鉴定,且灵敏度高、准确可靠,为此类合成大麻素的鉴定提供参考依据。
A method that combines a series of techniques including Fourier transform infrared spectrum,gas chromatography-mass spectrometry,liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry for identification of the new synthetic cannabinoid component was established.The suspected e-liquid oil and suspect s hair seized in the actual cases were detected by the method.The mass spectrum characteristic ions m/z of the main components in the sample measured by GC-MS were 131,145,171,185,213,269,301,357,respectively.After data consultation and database retrieval and comparison,combined with mass spectrometry data analysis and comparison of standard products,new psychoactive substance MDMB-4en-PINACA in suspected e-liquid oil and suspect s hair cannabinoid was detected.The method can be used for the identification of MDMB-4en-PINACA in unknown sample with highly sensitivity,accuracy and reliability,and can provide reference for the identification of such synthetic cannabinoids in the future.
