摘要 多氯联苯具有长期残留性、生物蓄积性、半挥发性、高毒性等特点,为满足《地下水质量标准》(GBT-14848-2017)中多氯联苯项目的监测要求,文章验证《水质多氯联苯的测定气相色谱-质谱法》(HJ 715-2014)。结果表明,9种化合物在10.0~200μg/L内线性关系较好,相关系数均大于0.995,方法检出限、精密度、准确度均满足标准要求。结果确认实验室具备开展测定水质中9种多氯联苯的能力。 The polychlorinated biphenyls(pcbs)have the characteristics of long-term residue,bioaccumulation,semi-volatility and high toxicity.In order to meet the monitoring requirements of the PCBS project in the groundwater quality standard(GBT-14848-2017),Gas Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry Method for the Determination of Polychlorinated biphenyls in Water(HJ 715-2014)was verified.The results showed that the linear relationship of the nine compounds was good in the range of 10.0~200μg/L,and the correlation coefficients were all greater than 0.995.The detection limit,precision and accuracy of the method met the standard requirements.The results confirmed that the laboratory had the ability to determine 9 kinds of pcbs in water.
