摘要
精细化工企业的火灾危险性分类标准发生了新的变化,操作温度高于其闪点的可燃液体,车间的火灾危险性类别需要提高一个等级,防火防爆设计面临新的问题。文章对精细化工企业的火灾危险性分类及其变化进行了说明,对操作温度高于其闪点的可燃液体车间防火防爆设计进行了探讨。存在操作温度高于闪点的丙_(B)类液体设备的车间,在采取相应防火防爆设计措施后,笔者认为可以不需要进行建筑的防爆泄爆设计。
New changes have taken place in the fire risk classification standard of fine chemical enterprises.For combustible liquids whose operating temperature is higher than its flash point,the fire risk classification of the workshop needs to be improved,the fire and explosion protection design of the workshop is facing new problems.The fire risk classification and its changes in fine chemical enterprises were explained,andthe fire and explosion protection design of combustible liquid workshop whose operating temperature was higher than its flash point was discussed.In the workshop where there are c Class B liquids equipment with operating temperature higher than the flash point,after taking corresponding fire and explosion protection design measures,the author believes that itwas unnecessary to carry out explosion protection and venting design of buildings.
