摘要
针对发酵过程中pH值的精确控制问题,提出了一种基于数据驱动的PID参数自整定控制方法。首先采集系统闭环工作数据,构造当前时刻的“数据向量”,并以特定格式存储于数据库;再利用相似性度量算法获得PID控制器的初始预测参数;若控制回路性能不理想,则使用优化方法整定控制器参数。然后将优化后的参数补充到数据库中,以开始新的迭代优化。最后通过仿真对所提方法的跟踪性能和抗干扰性能进行测试,实验结果证明了其有效性。
For the precise control of pH value in the fermentation process,a data-driven PID parameter self-tuning control method is proposed.Firstly,the closed-loop working data of the system is collected.The data vector of the current moment is constructed,and stored in the database in a specific format.Then,the similarity measure algorithm is used to obtain the initial prediction parameters of PID controller.If the performance of the control loop is not ideal,the controller parameters are optimized by the optimization method.The optimized parameters are added to the database to start a new iterative optimization.Finally,the tracking performance and anti-interference performance of the proposed method are tested by simulation and the results prove its effectiveness.
