摘要
本文以跨铁路线的非对称混凝土斜拉桥拆除工程为研究背景,考虑到结构的复杂性和实际施工环境受限等两大难点,对四种常见拆除方案的思路进行了概括。进一步从安全性、可行性、操作性以及工期要求方面对采用不同数量拆除机械的方案进行了对比;在此基础上采用Midas/civil软件建立了有限元分析模型,对关键拆除工况的截面空中弯矩和墩顶位移进行了计算,并确定出了最终的拆除方案。本桥最后拆除用时40天,施工过程安全、高效,可为今后类似桥梁结构的拆除工作提供参考。
Based on the research background of the demolition project of the asymmetric concrete cable-stayed bridge across the railway line,considering the complexity of the structure and the limitation of the actual construction environment,this paper summarizes the ideas of four common demolition schemes.Furthermore,the schemes of different number of demolition machinery are compared from the aspects of safety,feasibility,operability and duration requirements;On this basis,the finite element analysis model is established with Midas civil software,the section bending moment in the air and pier top displacement under key demolition conditions are calculated,and the final demolition scheme is determined.The final demolition of this bridge takes 40 days,and the construction process is safe and efficient,which can provide a reference for the demolition of similar bridge structures in the future.
