摘要
钻孔灌注桩后注浆技术将桩基技术和注浆技术进行了结合,利用高压注浆的方式来把水泥浆通过注浆管压入到桩底,以此来解决钻孔灌注桩桩底沉渣和桩侧泥皮问题,提高单桩的最大承载力。基于此,为了更好地对钻孔灌注桩中后注浆技术在大型建筑工程中的实际应用进行探讨,以济南市中医医院东院区项目为工程分析案例,在介绍了钻孔灌注桩后注浆技术作用机理的基础上,对该医院工程灌注桩施工中后注浆技术的具体施工要点进行了详细分析介绍。
The post grouting technology of bored pile combines the pile foundation technology with the grouting technology,and uses high-pressure grouting to press the cement slurry into the pile bottom through the grouting pipe,so as to solve the problem of the sediment at the bottom of the bored pile and the mud skin at the side of the pile,and improve the maximum bearing capacity of the single pile.Based on this,in order to better discuss the practical application of post grouting technology in large construction projects of bored piles,the project of the East Hospital of Ji’nan Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine is taken as an engineering analysis case.On the basis of introducing the mechanism of post grouting technology of bored piles,the specific construction points of post grouting technology in the construction of bored piles in the hospital are analyzed and introduced in detail.
