摘要
磨损率作为刹车片重要控制技术参数之一,在应用中需要结合实际情况考虑其影响因素。本文从风力发电机组偏航刹车片实际应用出发,以摩擦磨损计算为基础,对比研究了偏航刹车片磨损率重点相关的制动压力和偏航频次问题,为刹车片生产厂家和风电主机厂设计、测试和摩擦材料组分选型提出了指导性意见。
As one of the important control technical parameters of brake pads,wear rate should be considered in combination with actual conditions in application.Starting from the practical application of yaw brake pads of wind turbine generator units,based on friction and wear calculation,this paper comparatively studies the brake pressure and yaw frequency issues related to the wear rate of yaw brake pads,and puts forward guiding suggestions for brake pad manufacturers and wind turbine manufacturers to design,test and select friction material components.
