基于标准吞咽功能评估的分层护理结合冰柠檬酸刺激对脑卒中后吞咽功能障碍患者吞咽功能及表面肌电图的影响

Effects of stratified nursing based on standard swallowing function assessment combined with ice citric acid stimulation on swallowing function and surface electromyography in patients with swallowing disorders after cerebral apoplexy

目的探讨基于标准吞咽功能评估的分层护理结合冰柠檬酸刺激在脑卒中后吞咽功能障碍中的应用效果。方法选取2019年2月至2021年2月我院收治的80例脑卒中后吞咽功能障碍患者为研究对象,按入院先后顺序将其分为对照组和观察组,各40例。对照组采用常规康复护理干预,观察组在对照组基础上采用基于标准吞咽功能评估的分层护理结合冰柠檬酸刺激干预。比较两组的干预效果。结果干预后,观察组的自主进食时间、实际进食比例及进食平均振幅均优于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组的吞咽功能分级情况优于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组的平均振幅值(AEMG)低于对照组,持续时间(t)短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论基于标准吞咽功能评估的分层护理结合冰柠檬酸刺激干预在脑卒中后吞咽功能障碍患者中的应用效果显著,有利于改善进食情况,促进吞咽功能恢复,改善表面肌电图指标。

Objective To explore the application effect of stratified nursing based on standard swallowing function assessment combined with ice citric acid stimulation in swallowing disorders after cerebral apoplexy.Methods A total of 80 patients with swallowing disorders after cerebral apoplexy admitted in our hospital from February 2019 to February 2021 were selected as research objects and divided into control group and observation group according to the order of admission,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was given routine rehabilitation nursing intervention,and the observation group was given stratified nursing based on standard swallowing function assessment combined with ice citric acid stimulation intervention on the basis of the control group.The intervention effects of the two groups were compared.Results After intervention,the independent eating time,actual eating proportion and average amplitude of eating in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the swallowing function classification of the observation group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the average electromyogram(AEMG)of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the duration time(t)was shorter than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Stratified nursing based on standard swallowing function assessment combined with ice citric acid stimulation intervention has a significant application effect in patients with swallowing disorders after cerebral apoplexy,which is conducive to improving eating,promoting the recovery of swallowing function,improving surface electromyography indexes.
