压力管理护理对急性心肌梗死患者疾病应对方式、健康行为的影响

Effects of stress management nursing on disease coping style and health behavior of patients with acute myocardial infarction

目的分析压力管理护理对急性心肌梗死患者疾病应对方式、健康行为的影响。方法选择2019年5月至2021年5月收治的150例急性心肌梗死患者为研究对象,按护理方法的不同将其分为对照组和试验组,每组75例。对照组采取常规护理,试验组采取压力管理护理。比较两组的护理效果。结果护理后,试验组的回避、屈服评分低于对照组,面对评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。护理后,试验组的健康促进生活方式量表Ⅱ(HPLP-Ⅱ)各维度评分及总分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。护理后,试验组的简明健康状况测定量表(36-Item Short Form Health Survey,SF-36)各维度评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论压力管理护理有利于改善急性心肌梗死患者的疾病应对方式、健康行为,提升其生活质量。

Objective To analyze the effects of stress management nursing on disease coping style and health behavior of patients with acute myocardial infarction.Methods A total of 150 patients with acute myocardial infarction admitted from May 2019 to May 2021 were selected as the research objects and divided into control group and test group according to different nursing methods,with 75 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,while the test group received stress management nursing.The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results After nursing,the scores of avoiding and yielding in the test group were lower than those in the control group,and the score of facing was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the scores of all dimensions and total score of Health Promotion Lifestyle Profile Ⅱ(HPLP-Ⅱ)in the test group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the scores of all dimensions of 36-Item Short Form Health Survey(SF-36)in the test group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Stress management nursing can improve the disease coping style and health behavior of patients with acute myocardial infarction,and promote their quality of life.
