视屏时间与儿童肥胖关系的定性循证研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的综合评价分析视屏行为对儿童超重肥胖的影响,为制定儿童肥胖防控指南提供视屏行为部分的循证推荐。方法系统检索Cochrane Library、PubMed、EMBASE和中国生物医学文献数据库中2016年1月1日至2020年10月9日发表的关于儿童超重肥胖与视屏行为的中英文文献,提取关键资料并采用AMSTAR进行现有系统综述的质量评价,最终纳入高质量的系统综述。依据GRADE标准对纳入文献中视屏行为对儿童超重肥胖影响的证据进行质量分级评价,并给出推荐强度。结果研究共纳入13篇系统综述,其中4篇采用Meta分析方法。研究结果显示限制儿童视屏时间可以降低儿童超重肥胖风险,依据GRADE标准综合评价证据等级为A级。结论限制儿童的视屏时间,父母参与培养儿童良好的视屏行为习惯能减少超重和肥胖的发生风险。 Objective To comprehensively evaluate and analyze the impact of screen behaviour on overweight and obesity in children,and formulate evidence-based recommendations of screen behaviour in the guideline for the prevention and control of childhood obesity.Methods The Cochrane Library,PubMed,EMBASE and the Chinese Biomedical Literature Database were systematically searched for literature published in Chinese and English on childhood overweight and obesity and screen behaviour from January 1,2016to October 9,2020.Key data were extracted and AMSTAR was used to evaluate the quality of existing systematic reviews,and high-quality systematic reviews were finally included.According to the GRADE criteria,the quality of the evidence on the effect of screen behaviour on children′s overweight and obesity in the literature included was evaluated,and the intensity of recommendation was given.Results A total of thirteen systematic reviews studies were included,4of which used meta-analysis.The results showed that limiting children′s screen-time could reduce the risk of overweight and obesity in children,and the grade of this evidence was A,according to the GRADE criteria.Conclusion Limiting children′s screen time and parents′involvement in developing good screentime behaviours can reduce the risk of children′s overweight and obesity.
