摘要
为了解决传统轨道交通直流牵引电缆只能传输电能而不能传输控制信号、安装运维工程量大和敷设占用空间大的问题,研制了城市轨道交通直流牵引组合柔性软电缆。主要介绍了轨道交通直流牵引组合柔性软电缆的结构设计、材料选择、工艺措施以及关键制造工艺要点。该电缆采用第6种镀锡退火软铜导体、三元乙丙橡胶绝缘、自主研发的热固性无卤阻燃交联聚烯烃护套提高了结构柔韧性,同时满足了无卤、低烟、无毒环保、阻燃A类、防水、耐油、耐酸碱、耐日光老化等性能设计要求。该电缆可广泛应用于人员密集和敷设空间有限的城市轨道交通(如地铁、轻轨等)及类似场合的直流牵引供电系统和控制系统。
In order to solve the problems that the traditional DC traction cable for rail transit can only transmit electric energy without transmitting control signal,large quantities of installation,operation and maintenance,and large laying space,a DC traction combined flexible cable for urban rail transit is developed.The structural design,material selection,process measures and key manufacturing points of the cable are introduced.The cable adopts the 6 th tinned annealed soft copper conductor,EPDM insulation and self-developed thermosetting halogen-free flame retardant cross-linked polyolefin sheath,which improves the structural flexibility and meets the performance requirements of halogen-free,low smoke,non-toxic and environmental protection,flame retardant class A,waterproof,oil resistant,acid and alkali resistant and sunlight aging resistant.The cable can be widely used in DC traction power supply system and control system in urban rail transit(such as subway,light rail,etc.)with dense personnel and limited laying space and similar occasions.
