欧标AL4铝合金芯铝绞线导线的研制及应用

Development and Application of AL4 Aluminum Alloy Core Aluminum Stranded Conductor Complying with European Standard

研制了一款符合欧盟标准BS EN 50182高强度低损耗新型AL4铝合金芯铝绞线导线(欧标AL4导线)。通过自主设计研发欧标AL4铝合金杆材、欧标AL4铝合金单线,确保了该导线具有优异的机械性能和电性能。欧标AL4导线替代现役电网采用的高强度铝合金芯铝绞线导线用于架空输电线路建设中,能有效降低线路损耗、减少线路杆塔数量、降低杆塔高度。

A new type of AL4 aluminum alloy core aluminum stranded conductor with high-strength and low-loss in accordance with European standard BS EN 50182 is developed.Through independent design and development of European standard AL4 aluminum alloy rod and European standard AL4 aluminum alloy single wire,it is ensured that the conductor has excellent mechanical and electrical properties.The European standard AL4 conductor replaces the high-strength aluminum alloy core aluminum stranded conductor used in the active power grid for the construction of overhead transmission lines,which can effectively reduce the line loss,reduce the number of line towers and reduce the height of towers.
