摘要 大功率柔性射频电缆组件是整机设备电子系统实现互联的重要器件。详细介绍了大功率柔性射频电缆组件在系统联试现场发生功率耐受损伤现象原因的追溯过程,并在该过程中设计了电缆组件功率耐受验证试验方法。该试验方法可在器件和系统信息有限的情况下快速对电缆组件和系统性能进行试验验证,为研究大功率高频电缆组件的功率耐受与热效应提供技术支撑,为器件和系统问题溯源、排故提供参考。 The high-power flexible RF cable assembly is an important device for the electronic system interconnection of the whole equipment.The tracing process of the causes of power withstand damage of high-power flexible RF cable assembly in the system joint test site is introduced in detail,and the power withstand verification test method of cable assembly is designed in this process.This test method can quickly test and verify the performance of cable assembly and system under the condition of limited information of devices and systems,provide technical support for the study of power withstand and thermal effect of high-power and high-frequency cable assembly,and provide reference for tracing and troubleshooting of device and system problems.
