摘要
帕金森病(PD)是一种常见的慢性进展的神经系统退行性疾病。早期药物疗效较好,但随着疾病进展,药物疗效减退或者出现不良反应,此时应考虑手术或者其他治疗方法。随着对PD发病机制和神经环路研究的深入,目前已涌现出许多针对PD治疗的新技术。本文针对PD新技术的类型、方式进行探讨,旨在更加充分地了解PD治疗的新技术的研究现状和未来发展方向。
Parkinson’s disease(PD)is a common chronic progressive neurodegenerative disease.In the early stage of PD treatment,the efficacy of drugs is satisfactory,but as the disease progresses,the efficacy of drugs declines or side effects occur.At this time,surgery or other treatment methods should be considered.With the in-depth research on pathogenesis and neural circuits,many new technologies for PD treatment have emerged.This article discusses the types and methods of new technologies for PD treatment,aiming to more fully understand the research status and future development directions of new PD treatment technologies.
