摘要 从专科护理教师的准入标准设置、培养办法和认证考核办法进行了分析总结,旨在为我国专科护理教师队伍同质化培养奠定基础,同时更为全国专科护士培训基地同质化水平提升提供保障。 To analyze and summary the setting of admission standards,training methods and certification and assessment methods of specialized nursing teachers,in order to lay the foundation for the homogenization training of specialized nursing teachers in China,and at the same time,provide guarantee for the improvement of the homogenization level of national specialized nursing training bases.
