抗战时期韶关(曲江)经济与“工合”发展述略

A Brief Account of Shaoguan(Qujiang)Economy and Industrial Cooperation Development during the Anti-Japanese War

由于抗战需要和韶关人口的猛增,经济发展成为重大问题。在国共合作的大背景下,广东省政府实施了整顿财政税收的政策,培训人员,调整机构,增加财政收入;同时,发展经济,开办工厂。中共粤北省委(广东省委)迁粤北后,也相机在韶关地区扶持国际友人实施的工业合作社运动,在曲江设立“工合”事务所,在韶关城区和粤北县乡开办了诸多“工合”工厂,并取得了相应的成绩,有力地支援了抗战和共产党的民主革命事业。“皖南事变以后”,随着国民党顽固派反共面目的暴露,韶关“工合”事业也逐步趋于凋零。

Due to the needs of the Anti-Japanese War and the sharp increase in the population of Shaoguan,economic development became a major problem.Under the background of Kuomintang-Communist cooperation,the Guangdong Provincial Government implemented the policy of rectifying finance and taxation,training personnel,adjusting institutions and increasing financial revenue,and at the same time,developing the economy and setting up factories.After the Guangdong Provincial Committee of the CPC moved to northern Guangdong,it also took the opportunity to support the industrial cooperative movement carried out by Louis Alley,an international friend,in Shaoguan,and set up a"Industrial Cooperative"office in Qujiang.Many"Industrial Cooperative"factories were set up in the urban areas of Shaoguan and counties and townships in northern Guangdong,and corresponding achievements were made,effectively supporting the cause of the Anti-Japanese War and the Communist Party’s democratic revolutionary cause.After"The Southern-Anhui incident",with the exposure of the anti-communist face of the Kuomintang die-hards,the cause of"Industrial Cooperative"in Shaoguan gradually tended to disappear.
