地方高校构建“青马工程”长效培养机制的逻辑“三问”——以肇庆学院“砚园青马”实践导师制为例

摘要 加强青年马克思主义者的培养是青年成长成才的重要途径,也直接关系党和国家事业的发展和中华民族伟大复兴中国梦的实现。肇庆学院推进“砚园青马”实践导师制,以贯彻落实高等教育协同创新理论、“三全”育人理念和深化创新高校“砚园青马”为依据,以实践导师制为基本形式,充分发挥机关党员及青年骨干教师的作用,在“青马工程”的培养理念、培养方式、培养模式、培养方法、培养措施等方面,进行了改革创新并取得一定成效,为地方高校构建“青马工程”长效培养机制,积累了一定的经验,探索了一条具有科学性和实操性的可供参考借鉴之路。 Strengthening the training of young Marxists is an important way for young people to grow into talents,which is directly related to the development of the cause of the Party and the country and the realization of the Chinese dream of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.Zhaoqing University promotes the practical tutorial system of"Inkstone Garden and Green Horse".On the basis of implementing the collaborative innovation theory of higher education,the concept of"three Integrity"education and deepening the innovation of"Inkstone Garden and Green Horse"in colleges and universities,it takes the practical tutorial system as the basic form and gives full play to the role of party members and young backbone teachers.In the"project"green horse training concept,training methods,training mode,and cultivation methods,reform and innovation have been carried out and good effect have been achieved,which may be an implication for local colleges and universities to construct similar training systems.
