摘要
以提升乡村教师信息素养作为问题解决的切入点,通过问卷调查与访谈明确了影响乡村教师信息素养提升的主要因素,提出了在地方高校实施有利于未来乡村教师信息素养提升的混合学习模式。该模式具有创新教学方式、优化课程体系、突出技能训练、增强校地合作的优势,在乡村教师主动参与教师专业发展规划、实现自身教育教学能力更新及品质提升方面起着重要的作用,期望对乡村教育事业发展提供有意义的参考。
This study takes the improvement of rural teachers’ information literacy as the starting point to solve the problem. Through questionnaire surveys and interviews, the main factors that affect the improvement of rural teachers’ information literacy are identified, and a blended learning model that is conducive to improving future rural teachers’ information literacy in local universities is put forward. This model has the advantages of innovative teaching methods, optimizing the curriculum system, highlighting skills training, and enhancing school-local cooperation. It plays an essential role in the active participation of rural teachers in teacher professional development planning and the initiative to update their own educational and teaching abilities and improve their quality. Finally, it will provide a meaningful reference for promoting the development of rural education.
