高中生健康行为素养评价指标体系的构建与实证研究

摘要 健康行为素养评价是健康行为培养过程中不可回避的重要问题。运用文献法、问卷调查、德尔菲法、数理统计等方法,构建了包含4个一级指标、11个二级指标和48个三级指标的高中生健康行为评价指标体系,计算出各指标的权重,并对所构建的指标体系进行实证研究。经专家问卷、实地调研论证等,认定该评价指标体系总体良好、可用。该评价指标体系可作为评价我国高中生健康行为素养发展水平的测量工具。 Health behavior evaluation is an inevitable and important issue in the process of health behavior cultivation.By means of literature review,questionnaire,Delphi method,mathematical statistics and other methods,a health behavior evaluation index system for high school students is constructed,which contains 4 first-level indicators,11 second-level indicators,and 48 third-level indicators.The weights of each indicator are calculated,and the established index system is empirically studied.Through expert questionnaire and field investigation and verification,the evaluation index system is generally good and usable.The evaluation index system can be used as a measurement tool to evaluate the development level of high school students’health behavior.
