Application of QC Method to Improving the Construction Quality of External Wall Thermal Insulation Mortar

为探讨应用QC方法提高外墙保温砂浆施工质量的要点,以汉腾邻里中心商住区二期工程为研究背景,立足QC方法的相关概述,分析了QC方法影响外墙保温砂浆施工质量的主要因素,并提出相应的解决措施,最终使外墙保温砂浆施工一次成功率达到95%。实践得出,在外墙保温砂浆施工中影响施工质量的因素比较多,既有主要因素,也有非主要因素,而且不同工程项目,影响因素也不相同,采用QC方法可快速找到主要因素和非主要因素,进而选择出更加合理有效的方法提升外墙保温砂浆施工质量,此方法值得大范围推广应用。

In order to discuss the key points of applying QC method to improve the construction quality of exterior wall thermal insulation mortar,taking the second phase project of Hanteng neighborhood center commercial and residential area as the research background,based on the relevant overview of QC method,this paper analyzes the main factors that affects the construction quality of exterior wall thermal insulation mortar,and puts forward corresponding solutions,so as to make the primary success rate of exterior wall thermal insulation mortar construction reaches 95%.Practice shows that there are many factors affecting the construction quality in the construction of external wall thermal insulation mortar,including both main factors and non-main factors,and the influencing factors are different for different projects.Using QC method we can quickly find out the main factors and non-main factors,and then select more reasonable and effective methods to improve the construction quality of external wall thermal insulation mortar.It is worthy of wide application.
