党建引领下提升百万扩招学生管理工作效能策略探究

Research on the Strategies of Improving the Efficiency of the Management of Millions of Students under the Guidance of Party Building

2019年,李克强总理在政府工作报告中指出,扎实做好高职院校毕业生、退役军人、农民工等重点群体的就业工作,加强对城镇各类就业困难人员的帮扶。百万扩招政策的实施,推动了高职院校人才培养模式的改革,积极鼓励社会群体报考,扩招学生规模大、生源多元化,对高职院校学生的管理工作带来了巨大的挑战。本文在发挥党建引领作用的前提下,分析了扩招学生及管理工作的现状与特点,探索了扩招背景下高职院校学生管理工作改革能效提升策略。

In March 2019,Premier Li Keqiang pointed out in his government report that we should do a solid job in the employment of key groups such as college graduates,ex-servicemen and migrant workers,and strengthen assistance to all types of urban people with employment difficulties.The implementation of the policy of million enrollment expansion has promoted the reform of talent training mode in higher vocational colleges,actively encouraging social groups to apply for the examination.The large scale of enrollment expansion and the diversity of student sources have brought great challenges to the management of college students.This paper,on the premise of giving play to the leading role of Party building,analyzes the current situation of enrollment expansion and management,and explores the improving strategies of reform efficiency of students management.
