摘要
打造高水平的师资队伍是“双高”建设的重要任务之一,绩效考核是规范教师行为,引导激励教师发展,提升办学质量的重要抓手。文章针对当前高职院校教师绩效考核存在的主要问题,提出以KPI(关键绩效指标)为核心,构建“岗位-任务-管理-目标”四位一体的教师分层分类绩效考评机制,激发教师工作的内在动力及热情,不断提升综合职业素养,促进学校人才培养质量和专业建设水平,推动高职院校办学能力不断提升。
To build a high-level teaching staff is one of the important tasks of“Double High Plan”construction.Performance appraisal is an important starting point for standardizing teachers’behavior,guiding and encouraging teachers’development and improving the quality of running a school.Aiming at the main problems existing in the performance appraisal of teachers in higher vocational colleges,this paper puts forward taking KPI(key performance index)as the core,to construct a hierarchical and classified performance evaluation mechanism for teachers that integrates“position-task-management-target”,inspiring teachers’internal motivation and enthusiasm for their work,constantly improving their comprehensive professional qualities,promoting the quality of talent training and the level of professional construction,and promoting the continuous improvement of the ability of higher vocational colleges to run schools.
