“双高”背景下涉农高职院校劳动教育课程实施现状与对策研究

Research on the Current Situation and Countermeasures of Labor Education Curriculum Implementation in Agricultural Higher Vocational Colleges under the Background of“Double High Plan”

“双高计划”实施背景下,落实立德树人任务,加强和改进劳动教育内容,优化劳动教育建设方案,提升劳动教育建设内涵,以劳树德、以劳增智、以劳强体、以劳育美是提高确保高职教育高质量发展的改革发展目标,更是涉农高职院校凸显办学特色,强化内涵建设,服务现代农业经济发展体系和高质量就业的充分需要。新时期,涉农高职院校应从培育和传承工匠精神入手,结合涉农专业特色,提升劳动教育课程标准建设,优化和完善劳动教育课程评价体系,创新劳动教育课程教育教学内容,改革劳动教育教学主体,构建契合涉农专业人才培养方案的新型课程体系和具有服务新时代经济高质量发展的劳动教育新模式。

Under the background of the implementation of“Double High Plan”,college students’labor education curriculum is an important part of the national education system in the new era.With the deepening of curriculum reform,labor education curriculum faces many problems in the implementation process,such as curriculum standards,curriculum theme shift,curriculum integration innovation,curriculum evaluation content innovation and so on.Therefore,based on the professional characteristics,the labor education in agriculture related higher vocational colleges should focus on promoting the construction of labor curriculum standards,optimizing the curriculum evaluation system,innovating the curriculum teaching content,promoting the transformation of teaching results into social practice,building a new labor education curriculum system in line with the training plan of agriculture related talents,and actively exploring a new labor education model with the characteristics of agriculture related higher vocational colleges.
