摘要
职业院校技能大赛教学能力比赛在落实职业教育改革方案、深化“四个引导”方面起到了极大的助推作用,对职业院校开展教学改革起到了示范和引领作用。教师团队通过参加大赛,解决了传统教学的痛点,更新了教学理念,有效提升了教师的专业教学能力和综合育人能力,持续推进了职业教育教学改革。
In terms of implementing the reform plan of vocational education and deepening the“four guides”,the teaching ability competition of vocational college has played a great role in promoting and demonstrating and leading the teaching reform of vocational colleges.By participating in the competition,the teacher team has solved the pain points of traditional teaching,updated the teaching concept,effectively improved teachers’professional teaching ability and comprehensive education ability,and continuously promoted the teaching reform of vocational education.
