摘要
基于失智症综合治疗的理念,提高智能家居对失智症老人的针对性设计辅助治疗。通过对失智症老人的行为特征进行深入分析,结合失智症群体生理习惯、认知行为及生活方式研究,规避现有家居环境对失智症老人产生的负面影响,依据相关病例研究和总结,以及通过实地调研、访谈失智症老人生理、心理环境需求,构建对失智症老人智能家居适老化设计体系,提出了基于失智症老人的智能家居适老化设计策略。基于失智症群体生理、心理认知和行为特征出发,提出失智症老人家居生活适老化方法的原则,促进居家养老背景下失智症患者病情的延缓,有助于提升其晚年生活质量与幸福指数。
Based on the concept of comprehensive treatment of dementia,to improve the feasibility of smart homes for the elderly with dementia.Through in-depth analysis of the behavioral characteristics of dementia and in combination with the research on the physiological habits,cognitive behaviors and lifestyles of the dementia group,the smart home design system for the elderly with dementia was constructed based on relevant case studies and summaries,as well as field investigations and interviews with the physiological and psychological needs of the elderly with dementia with an aim to avoid the negative impact of the existing home environment on the elderly with dementia.An elderly friendly smart home construction model based on the elderly with dementia was proposed.Based on the physiological,psychological and behavioral characteristics of the dementia population,the methods and feasible elderly friendly strategies for the elderly with dementia in the home life were proposed in the context of promoting the home care.The delaying progression to dementia will help to improve the quality of patients life and happiness level in their elderly life.
