家具企业第四方物流平台构建

Construction and Research of the Fourth-party Logistics Platform for Furniture Enterprises

近年来电商兴起,家具线上购物模式成为新的消费方式,这给家具物流带来了巨大的压力。为了缓解家具物流的压力,对现有物流模式作出充分调研,搜集多方资料。结合现有三大物流模式(第一方物流、第二方物流及第三方物流),针对家具体积大、不规则等特点以及物流中转环节多、时效性差等问题,提出家具企业第四方物流平台的想法,利用大数据平台,将家具企业和多方物流信息进行整合。对家具企业第四方物流进行初步的规划和构建,建立新的物流模式,以解决家具物流现存问题,最终降低企业成本,提升家具企业竞争力。通过第四方物流,希望能对家具企业物流运输提供借鉴意义。

In recent years,with the rise of e-commerce,furniture online shopping mode has become a new consumption mode,which has brought great pressure to furniture logistics.In order to relieve the pressure of furniture logistics,the existing logistics modes were fully investigated and collected from various sources.Combining with the existing three logistics modes(first-party logistics,second-party logistics and third-party logistics),aiming at the characteristics of large and irregular furniture,many logistics transit links and poor timeliness,this paper puts forward the idea of the fourth-party logistics platform for furniture enterprises,and integrates the information of furniture enterprises and multi-party logistics by using the big data platform.The fourth party logistics of furniture enterprises is preliminarily planned and constructed,and a new logistics model is established to solve the existing problems of furniture logistics,ultimately reduce the cost of enterprises and enhance the competitiveness of furniture enterprises.Through the fourth party logistics,I hope it can provide reference for the logistics and transportation of furniture enterprises.
