摘要
中国食用菌产业持续保持稳定的增长趋势,是中国农业经济中创新活力最强的产业之一。目前,中国食用菌产业发展正在进入提质增效、转型发展的新阶段,笔者对传统食用菌产业和工厂化食用菌产业实现高质量现代化发展的战略进行思考,描述实现现代化发展的主要技术路径,助力寻找中国食用菌产业高质量可持续发展的对策。
In China,the growing edible fungi industry has been the most innovative productivity of agricultural economy.It is undergoing a transition toward an eco-friendly production mode with high quality and efficiency.Upon reflections on strategies for modernization of both the t raditional edible fungi production and factory production of edible fungi,major technical paths were described to facilitate finding measures for the high-quality and sustainable development of the edible fungi industry in China.
