西藏高职草业技术人才培养现状与实践

Present Situation and Practice of Prataculture Technical Personnel Training in Tibet Higher Vocational Colleges

人才培养是高等院校建设工作中的重点,西藏草业科技专业建设起步较晚,但在社会经济发展中发挥着重要作用。西藏独特的自然、地理和文化条件,意味着西藏草业技术专业的建设和发展不能完全照搬其他地区,要突出西藏特色。本研究从专业发展、招生和就业的需要出发,提出了改进教学计划的建议,根据西藏高职院校草地技术专业教学科研实践的现状,加强课程建设,实现产、研质量的双重塑造,为提高草原科技人才培养质量,为西藏草原畜牧业的发展提供强有力的人才保障和智力支持。

Talent training is the key in the construction of colleges and universities. The construction of pratacultural science and technology in Tibet started late, but it plays an important role in the social and economic development. The unique natural, geographical and cultural conditions in Tibet mean that the construction and development of prataculture technology major in Tibet should not be completely copied from other regions, but should highlight the characteristics and platform of Tibet. In this paper, starting from the need of professional development, recruitment and employment, the suggestions are put forward to improve the teaching plan. According to the current situation of teaching and scientific research practice of grassland technology major in higher vocational colleges in Tibet, the construction of courses should be strengthened to realize double shape of production, scientific research quality, to improve the quality of grassland science and technology talent training, and to provide strong talent guarantee and intellectual support for the development of grassland animal husbandry in Tibet.
