Discussion of the new value of“seeing the disease of liver,knowing the liver to the spleen”based on“the communication between liver and large intestine”

通过对“见肝之病,知肝传脾”原有内涵的理解,在“肝与大肠相通”中医理论基础与“肠-肝轴”现代研究分析的前提下,试从“肝与大肠相通”的生理意义、病理实例和核心价值3个方面,探讨应用“见肝之病,知肝传脾”临证的生理概念与病理延伸意义,揭示“肝与大肠相通”的实质。

Through the understanding of the original connotation of“seeing the disease of liver,knowing the liver to the spleen”and under the premise of the theoretical basis of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)about“the communication between liver and large intestine”and the modern research analysis of the“gut-liver axis”,this article tries to discuss the physiological concept and the pathological extension significance of the application of“seeing the disease of liver,knowing the liver to the spleen”and reveal the essence of“the communication between liver and large intestine”.From the aspects of the physiological meaning,pathological instances and core value of“the communication between liver and large intestine”.
