摘要
为探明AM真菌对烤烟生长发育的影响,本试验以云烟87为材料,通过大田试验,研究了AM真菌对烤烟农艺性状、病害发生情况和经济性状的影响。结果表明,与对照相比,AM真菌能有效促进烤烟幼苗根系生长,增加烤烟幼苗生物量积累,提高田间烤烟株高和最大叶面积,降低田间烟株发病率和发病指数,提高烤后烟叶产量。因此,在育苗基质中施入AM真菌能有效促进烟株生长发育,提高烤后烟叶经济效益。
In order to explore the effect of AM fungi on the growth and development of flue-cured tobacco,this experiment took Yunyan 87 as the material,and studied the effect of AM fungi on the agronomic characters,disease occurrence and economic characters of flue-cured tobacco through field trials.The results showed that compared with the control,AM fungi could effectively promote the root growth of flue-cured tobacco seedlings,increase the biomass accumulation of flue-cured tobacco seedlings,increase the height and maximum leaf area of flue-cured tobacco plants in the field,reduce the incidence rate and incidence index of disease in the field,and increase the yield of flue-cured tobacco leaves.Therefore,the application of AM fungi in the seedling substrate can effectively promote the growth and development of tobacco plants and improve the economic benefits of flue-cured tobacco leaves.
