摘要
智能测量系统是当前人工智能行业的一个热门方向,基于网络摄像与互联网技术的智能测量系统首先在2个摄像节点通过树莓派及网络摄像头对被测的物体正交成像并预处理图像数据,其次通过以太网交换机将视频流及数据传输至终端节点,最后终端节点采用树莓派、基于视觉技术识别并计算出被测物的轮廓及空间位置等参数。该系统性能高、误差小,可用于无接触式测量,适应未来智能测量系统的发展趋势。
Intelligent measurement system is a hot direction in artificial intelligence industry.The intelligent measurement system based on network camera and Internet technology firstly orthogonally images the measured object at two camera nodes through Raspberry Pi and network camera and preprocesses the image data.Secondly,the video stream and data are transmitted to the terminal node through Ethernet switch.Finally,the terminal node uses Raspberry Pi to recognize and calculate the contour and spatial position of the measured object based on vision technology.The system has high performance and small error,and can be used for contactless measurement,thus adapting to the development trend of intelligent measurement system in the future.
